Developmental Coaching is more than acquiring new skills. Through a process of inquiry and curiosity, held with care and compassion, you learn to investigate an issue from multiple levels. What’s underneath it: what assumptions, biases, and points of view do you bring? And what’s above it: what does it look like from a different vantage point? This allows you to see all the contributing factors getting in the way of your objectives.
