While we may have no control over what life serves up, we do have a choice in how we react; once you begin to practice this, life changes—for you and those around you.
I offer services designed to help you practice choice in your reactions, develop greater inner strength and resilience, and transform your life.
My approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, compassion, somatics, and Adult Development Theory. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them overcome challenges in their professional and personal lives; identifying strengths, working with limiting biases, habits, and assumptions, and developing practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a caring, compassionate, and confidential space for my clients to explore their inner world.
In this 9-week program you'll learn the science behind and the practices of Mindfulness and Compassion-based meditation, giving you tools to calm and settle the mind and body, work with difficult thoughts and emotions, and improve your relationship with yourself and others.
We are living in a period of transition—the actions we take in the next five to ten years will impact our ecosystem for centuries to come. We each have a role to play and have a lot more power than we realize. What's needed is a clear-eyed understanding of the problem, emotional resilience to face loss and find joy, non-attachment to outcomes, and most importantly love and compassion for this great earth and all that inhabit it. Climate Conversations are designed to help individuals and groups process the climate crisis and find how they are being called to step forward.
