Chances are you might be feeling a bit overwhelmed these days—24/7 work schedule, difficult relationships, toxic media, war, economic/political/ecological crisis. How are we supposed to cope with all of this?!
While we may have no control over what life serves up, we do have a choice in how we react; once you begin to practice this, life changes—for you and those around you.
My approach to coaching is rooted in positive psychology, mindfulness, compassion, somatics, and Adult Development Theory. I work collaboratively with my clients to help them overcome challenges in their professional and personal lives; identifying strengths, working with limiting biases, habits, and assumptions, and developing practical strategies for achieving their goals. I believe that coaching is a process of self-discovery, and I am committed to providing a caring, compassionate, and confidential space for my clients to explore their inner world.
In this 9-week program you'll learn the science behind and the practices of Mindfulness and Compassion-based meditation, giving you tools to calm and settle the mind and body, work with difficult thoughts and emotions, and improve your relationship with yourself and others.
